Photo Submission

• To be featured in the following week, submissions must be entered by Friday at mid-night the previous week.

• Weekly feature ends on May 22, 2026

• Must be a clear, vibrant image from a trail cam.

• Photo submission must contain the state the trail cam is in.

• Restrictions: no borders, no signatures and watermarks, it can contain the trail cam information as recorded by the trail cam.

All entries must be submitted via whitetailwoods.net website. By providing your e-mail address you agree to receive news and notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the opt-out link at the bottom of e-mails.

Photos must be from a trail camera. Both color and black and white photos will be accepted.

Submitted photos must be the work of the participant and must have no identifying marks or key words allocated to them. No borders, watermarks or signatures should be included on the image.

Post-production and digital manipulation is NOT allowed (the integrity and subject matter must be kept).

The entrant must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.

Whitetail Woods reserves the right to cancel or suspend the photo submissions and postings due to technical issues or any other causes beyond the control of technical team.

Photos chosen will remain on the website until Whitetail Woods decides to remove them.

All photos require a basic description of the land, how the land is managed and state where it was taken.

Whitetail Woods reserves the right to remove or refuse any Entries for any reason. Entries will be refused or removed if in the sole judgement of Whitetail Woods they could reasonably be expected to breach into disrepute.

By entering your images for submission to Whitetail Woods you are deemed to have accepted the rules. Please do not submit a photo to the competition unless you are prepared to agree to these terms.
